Last Day

Today was Kyler's last day of Preschool for the 2007-2008 school year. We had a nice little ceremony for all the kids. ( Even though Kyler and majority of the other kids will be there next year. I took this picture on before school this morning in about the same spot that I took his first day picture. I always think its fun to look back and see if he has grown. I think he has! I know he has learned a lot this last year at school. He has told me that he is very excited to spend this summer at Grandma Sandy's and Grandpa Jay's.

Weekend

I took Friday off from work so I could have a mini vacation in a way. Friday we went and saw the new Indiana Jones movie. I thought it was great. I know a lot of people are complaining about certain aspects of the film but I really thought it worked well with the other 3 films. Kyler went with us and he did amazingly well. I thought it might be too scary but just covered his eyes once, he thought the natives in the movie were scary but that was it.

Saturday and Sunday I watch Dan work on the Swimming pool wall. I of course did some house work.

Lastly, we went to the Boatnik carnival with Mike, Leisa, Alex, Alex's friend and Maci. We met up with Ryan, Sheryl and Kirra. We had so much fun. It was great for Kyler to have someone to ride with and the ride where he need an adult Alex graciously took him. Here are just a small few of all the pictures I took.

Cards

General Stuff

I haven't updated in awhile, not that a whole lot has happened. I had a nice Mothers Day. Dan's parents came down from Portland and Dan took his mother and I out to dinner on Sat. Then on Sunday I got gifts from Kyler. A tube of some seriously red lipstick, a CSI game, some glue ( I am in the group of few you likes glue as a gift) and the Princess Bride movie (which we already have copy of) Anyone need a copy? The rest of the day we spent at my mom's.

The other thing that has taken up lots of time is the yard. Today we have been leveling, spreading fertilizer, seed and now compost. The sprinklers are all done it the lower half. After we get done seeding we are going to work on getting the retaining wall up for the pool. Then we will address the upper part of the lawn.

I have been scrapbooking but haven't take pictures of my layouts recently. I have an all day crop in Roseburg on 31st of May. I am excited! I was packing up kits last night to be ready.
